I have found that healing and growth happen when we develop awareness of the patterns that sabotage our goals. I believe in empowering people to take charge of their lives. I also believe that being vulnerable and open to this work is one of the strongest things a person can do. You have the capacity to heal and change.
For better or worse, we become who we are in the context of relationships. I have a heart for helping people who have survived painful, traumatic experiences. I am committed to serving them better by furthering my training through a certification in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
